APEXLAP

Terms of use

Last updated: 3 November 2026

Early access

ApexLap is in early access: it is being tested on track and is free while we test. Features can change or go away. We may later offer paid features. If we do, we will say so in the app before anything you use today is locked.

Safety comes first

Times are estimates

Lap and sector times, speed, braking zones, acceleration and the racing line are worked out from GPS. They are estimates, not official timing, and can be wrong, especially with a weak GPS signal. ApexLap shows how well GPS saw each line. Do not rely on them for competition results, wagers or safety decisions.

Who may use it

ApexLap is for drivers of all ages. A child below the age of digital consent in their country (15 in Greece) may have an account only with a parent's or guardian's permission, and a parent or guardian is responsible for how the child uses the app on track.

Your account

Your content

Your sessions, vehicles, tracks and photos stay yours. You give us the right to store them and to show them to the people you choose to share them with, only to run the app. Do not upload photos or tracks you have no right to use.

What you may not do

Our responsibility

ApexLap is provided as it is. We take reasonable care, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or always available. We are not responsible for what you decide on the strength of an estimated time or a cue, for how you drive, or for harm to a vehicle, a person or property that happens while you drive.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our fault, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit, including the rights you have as a consumer where you live. Subject to that, and because the app is free, we are liable only for loss that was foreseeable and directly caused by us.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for ApexLap or its support. Apple's standard licence terms for apps also apply to your use of the app.

Ending

You can stop using ApexLap at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Law and disputes

Greek law governs these terms. If you are a consumer in the EU you keep the mandatory protection of the law where you live and can bring a claim in the courts there. Otherwise the competent courts of Greece decide.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, the app tells you first. Questions: info@aifoundry.gr.
